At MAJOR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all MAJOR tags still attached to ensure they remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
